“Facing yourself realistically” is the beginning, then, if we want to keep growing, it’s time to do things differently, freeing ourselves from old patterns and habits.
Anyone interested in what that might look like: I recommend “Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life” by Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg. Some women also find wisdom in the books of Byron Katie.
